Duration: Permanent Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant specializing in the Energy & Utilities (E&U) sector, with deep expertise in contract digitization and end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) . The professional will provide technical leadership, define architectures, and oversee solution implementation on Salesforce platforms within a complex enterprise environment. This role involves designing industry-focused solutions, coordinating development teams, managing integrations with corporate systems, and deploying automation to improve operational efficiency across the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design Lead the design and validation of the Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud architecture. Define technical architecture for contract digitization and CLM solutions. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Technical Leadership & Delivery Provide daily technical coordination for the development team. Conduct comprehensive code reviews (Apex, LWC, SOQL). Manage the technical backlog, identify improvements, and monitor technical debt. Oversee the deployment, optimization, and scalability of CLM solutions. Integrations & Automation Design and maintain integrations with CIS systems, Asset Management tools, MuleSoft , and other enterprise systems. Develop automation workflows for contract creation, renewals, approvals, and lifecycle milestones. Build guided processes and OmniStudio/Vlocity components. Business Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to shape contract models aligned with energy transition initiatives. Support the definition and implementation of industry-specific use cases. Required Skills (Must‐Have) Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Apex- 10+ years, Expert (Grade D) Lightning Web Components (LWC) REST/SOAP API Integrations OmniStudio / Vlocity Salesforce CPQ (Energy Focus) MuleSoft, Desirable Skills Agent force AI / Generative AI in Salesforce – 3–6 years (Grade B) Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities data model – 6–9 years (Grade C) Experience in energy transition programs – 3–6 years (Grade B) Work Arrangement First 6 weeks: 100% onsite at Client Office (Madrid) Afterwards: 2–3 days onsite per week (hybrid) Eligibility: Only candidates residing in Spain. International applicants are not eligible.
