The company is currently looking to hire Sales Executives based in Barcelona, each responsible for a specific European market. The role has a consistent scope and expectations across all hires, with the only variation being the geographic market and required native language.The RoleBizAway is hiring Sales Executives to join their on-site Barcelona office, each responsible for driving new business within a specific European market. This is a standardized role with consistent scope, targets, and expectations across all hires, with the only variation being the geographic market and required native language.As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of new business sales within your assigned region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, acting as a trusted commercial partner to prospective clients. You will work closely with SDRs and internal teams while maintaining full ownership of your pipeline, revenue forecast, and performance. Over time, you will build deep local market knowledge, establish long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to BizAway's international growth strategy.Current hiring markets include:DACHNordicsBeneluxKey responsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closureProspect and develop new business within your assigned geographic marketExecute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channelsConduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrationsEngage senior stakeholders, including C-level, HR, Office, and Travel ManagersLead commercial negotiations and close new businessMaintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecastingCollaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and the wider sales teamAct as a market ambassador, representing BizAway at events when relevantProactively contribute ideas to improve sales processes and performanceCandidate profileAt least 1 year of experience in a sales or commercial roleNative speaker of the target market language (DACH, Nordics, or Benelux)Professional working proficiency in EnglishComfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospectingStrong ownership mentality and accountability for resultsAble to perform effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environmentExperience in SaaS, B2B tech, or business travel would be a nice-to-haveEligibility to work in Spain, with a valid NIE/work permitWhat BizAway offersA commercially impactful role in a rapidly scaling international companyClear market ownership and responsibility from day oneUncapped variable compensation and equity participationInternational and collaborative team cultureStrong long-term growth and development opportunities
