Founded in 1980 and currently headquartered in Luxembourg, Adepa provides clients with tailor-made solutions for ideas in a global financial world in Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Chile.To support our growth, we are looking to add a young professional with some auditing experience to our Private Markets team, as: ALTERNATIVE FUND ADMINISTRATOR The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing periodic audits. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of business principles are essential for this role.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the timely and correct handling of the day-to-day bookkeeping, including commitments and capital calls, investments, valuation, invoices and cash paymentsPreparation of financial statements, annual accounts and any other statutory (CSSF, BCL...) or client's reportingReview the deliverables of third partiesCoordination with external parties (tax advisors, custodian banks, legal advisors, auditors, suppliers)Main point of contact for clients for any fund administration matters, with overall responsibility for the funds assignedMaintenance of high-quality operating standards, procedures, and quality controlsTraining junior members of the teamProactively contribute to process improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related fieldAbility to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicalsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Fluency in English (written and oral) any other European language is a plus;Person pro-active, autonomous, organized, and rigorous with excellence and attention to detail;Strong communication skills, team player, and hands-on attitude;Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines;Are you ready to take a role with responsibilities and to work in an Entrepreneurial, Intercultural, Independent Global Asset Servicing Company?Please send your CV to careers@adepa.com(5BINC16Officer)
