With international teams and a strong focus on innovation, they are currently undergoing a key strategic transformation to modernize and optimize their internal systems.To support this major initiative, they are looking for a senior, autonomous professional capable of delivering value from day one.We are looking to hire a:Senior Dynamics NAV / Business Central Developer(C/AL, AL, Integrations, Finance Module)What will you do?• ️ Design, develop and test new functionality across Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including custom modules and system granules.• Convert functional requirements into technical specifications, design documents, and clear development plans.• Work closely with cross‐functional teams (Finance, Technology, Reporting) to understand needs and propose efficient technical solutions.• Configure and upgrade NAV/BC systems, including service packs, hotfixes, and version improvements.• Perform unit testing and ensure high‐quality deliverables prior to UAT.• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and performance.• Develop integrations using APIs and Web Services, enabling communication with external platforms and applications.• Build and maintain RDLC reports and support team members with system insights.• Deliver technical solutions that automate processes and help the business operate more efficiently.• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to align system capabilities with business strategy.What profile are we looking for?• 5+ years of hands‐on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.• Strong development skills in C/AL and AL languages.• Solid knowledge of Finance modules and core business logic.• Experience with APIs, Web Services, and integrations between systems.• Ability to design and optimize RDLC reports.• Knowledge of Jet Reports, SQL, or .NET is considered a strong plus.• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.• Strong organizational and time‐management abilities, with the autonomy to manage multiple tasks.• A passion for delivering business value through technology.Common Requirements• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).• Experience in ERP, backend, or system development environments.• Ability to collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.What's on offer?• Work on a high‐impact, strategic transformation project.• Fast hiring process — only one interview with key decision‐makers.• Hybrid model (1 day onsite) or optional full‐remote.• Expected start date: within 1 month.Join an international tech environment with real opportunities to influence architecture and decision‐making.
