Our international team operates across Spain, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Singapore.The role offers the opportunity to develop and apply a solid understanding of various business processes that enable our international banking operations to excel both internally and in interactions with clients and partners.In this ambitious role, your responsibilities will include:Requirement Analysis & CollaborationAnalyze and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Map and document detailed business processes, providing clear visualizations and documentation to support process optimization and compliance.Collaborate with business experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful implementation.Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities, to enhance productivity and achieve key performance indicators.Development & Quality AssuranceDesign, develop and maintain BPM solutions with a focus on quality and scalability.Conduct thorough testing at multiple levels, including test automation using tools like UI Path.Change Management, Tool Support & Incident ManagementFacilitate change management by supporting teams in adopting new processes through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide tool support and implement enhancements to improve performance and functionality.Resolve incidents and defects in existing BPM solutions.Your profileTo be successful in this role, you should have:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.A minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in consulting and/or the financial industryWorkflow Management ExpertiseStrong knowledge of business process management (BPM), including requirement analysis, workflow design, testing and test-automation.Proficiency in Flowable or similar BPM platforms, process design and digitalization, including BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation). Solid understanding of Full Stack Development, includingFrontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular)Backend development (Java, Spring Boot) and API integration (REST)DevOps (Gitlab, OpenShift)Database management (SQL, Oracle) Nice-to-HaveKnowledge of Avaloq Core Banking Systems is a plus. Certifications in BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies are a plus.
