Smiths Detection est un leader mondial dans le domaine des technologies de détection et de contrôle pour la protection des personnes et des biens, favorisant la sûreté, la sécurité et la liberté de mouvement dans le monde d'aujourd'hui.Job DescriptionPoste basé à Barcelone, EspagneThis role will primarily focus on providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Spain.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site for industrial equipment and systemsPerform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various types of machineryProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionCreate detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activitiesCollaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs and service proceduresStay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancementsTravel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in field service engineering, preferably in an industrial settingAdvanced technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skillsProficiency in using diagnostic equipment and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)Relevant industry certifications are highly desirableIn-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and systemsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countriesValid driving licence and passportAdditional informationDiversité et InclusionNous croyons que la diversité des modes de pensée et des parcours de nos employés contribue au succès de l'entreprise.
