Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.The Financial Controller will manage infra-group, job costing & reporting functions. They will also manage total accounts receivable/accounts payable/ General Ledger functions for assigned station.Essential Job Functions:Descubra más sobre las tareas diarias, las responsabilidades generales y la experiencia requerida para esta oportunidad desplazándose hacia abajo ahora.Ensures system of internal control and check is in place for processing invoices and cash receiptsWorks with managers and collections agencies on specific accountsManages credit terms and credit amounts to ensure they are in place and adhered to.Sets stop limits policies and manage bad debt provisions and write offs.Produces reports showing status on past due amounts by location/ client.Manages all cash postings, short payments and unallocated cash positions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Supervises the daily functions of AP staff with responsibilities for training, disciplinary action and promotion in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Interacts with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoicesPlans and implements AP process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.Reviews and analyze AP aging and other AP reports.Manage the preparation of all financial reports on monthly basis.Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and forecastsRepresents the company externally to governmental agencies, auditors and the general publicManage job costing & infra-group transactions for the monthly & annual financial closing/reportingOther duties as assignedThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
