Our client, a well-established M&A Advisory firm, is looking to hire a Director or Partner-level professional to lead and further build its M&A advisory offering.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and run end-to-end M&A advisory mandates, from origination through execution and closing.Act as deal captain on sell-side and buy-side processes, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.Drive client origination and relationship management, working closely with senior leadership to grow revenues.Oversee transaction strategy, structuring, negotiation support, and key decision points.Provide senior oversight on financial analysis and materials, without being hands-on execution-focused.Build, manage, and mentor the M&A team; set execution standards and best practices.RequirementsSignificant experience in M&A advisory within an investment bank or independent advisory.Proven track record of leading M&A transactions and managing client relationships at senior level.Experience operating at Director / Partner level with commercial and origination responsibility.Strong transaction judgement and negotiation exposure; modelling expertise is a plus, not the core focus.Fluent English and Spanish.Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
