Join our team in Barcelona and lead the success of our onboarding projects. You will be a key player in the end-to-end onboarding of new hires , ensuring structured governance, smooth execution, and an exceptional employee experience. Your role will focus on coordinating onboarding initiatives, tracking milestones, and delivering insights to leadership, with strong exposure to project metrics and continuous improvement. What will your day-to-day look like?Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding projects from start to finish. Ensure onboarding processes are followed consistently across all projects. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, hiring managers, and business teams to guarantee smooth onboarding. Track project KPIs, timelines, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze onboarding data, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the onboarding experience. What skills and experience are required for the role?Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in onboarding programs , ideally in structured and fast-growing organizations. (MUST)Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven project tracking. Knowledge of project management and data visualization tools (MS Project, Power BI, or similar). Fluent English (C1) and Spanish. Residence in Barcelona.
