Neotalent, the responsive people. More information: Role Overview We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our key clients in Barcelona , working in a hybrid model . You will play a critical role in leading a strategic IT integration project following a recent company acquisition, aligned with one of the client's most important objectives for 2026 . Location: Barcelona Work model: Hybrid What you will do Responsible for driving the timely delivery of high-quality capabilities and solutions that enables/supports the company to achieve its goals: Project Leadership Governance, Stakeholder management &Communication Compliance Financial Control Risk, Issue and Dependency Management What you are like Facilitative over authoritative. Shares power, puts the needs of the team first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Value oriented always looking at "who should do what" before acting while thinking "out of the box" when needed to identify "who could help who" Execution driven Global mindset Excellent active listening skills Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences (from operational to executive) Flexible and adaptable; able to work in dynamic and matrix team structures Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere in a moving environment Ability to promote continuous improvement and manage the change Practical knowledge of Agile practices including Minimum Viable Product, Sprint planning and execution, backlog management, definition of done etc... Proven Project Management Experience Generation of metrics and KPIs to follow up the projects Process Improvements, productivity/capacity and quality assurance to implement in the projects Ability to analyze and understand business needs and opportunities, including the preparation and coordination of internal request for information Experienced working with data.
