Por favor, envíen su solicitud sin demora.EPI-USE – Salary €27,000 to €32,000 per annum Location: Office (Madrid) & home based (Hybrid) THE ROLE Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join the Employee Managed Service (EMS) team at EPI-USE. As a UK Payroll Administrator in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for processing monthly and weekly payrolls ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time, in accordance with legislation, and the client's terms and conditions.You will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times, comply with data protection (GDPR) legislation, carry out any reasonable duties as requested by line management and act as the key contact for your payroll clients, ensuring continuous improvement in the process.This is a hybrid role with: Career progression Supportive payroll team Increased payroll knowledge through a varied role Competitive salary 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Pension Regular training Company healthcare scheme Requirements: Essential: At least 3 years hands-on payroll experience with solid knowledge of end to end payroll of any countryUp to date knowledge of recent legislation (PAYE, NIC, Parental payment and leave, RTI reporting, PAE etc) Ability to work to agreed deadlines and adapt to change in a dynamic environment Accuracy and attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills Team player with the ability to work effectively with a wide xohynlm range of people and capable of building relationships Results focussed with the ability to work under pressure Experience with SAP Payroll Software and SAP SuccessFactors Desirable: UK payroll experienceOther countries' payroll experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Client facing experience Relevant experience of working in a busy multiple-payroll environment Looking to progress a diverse career in payroll CIPP or equivalent accreditation
