What you will do Support the Project Director in the coordination of infrastructure and terminal development activities Track project timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables Follow up on engineering, construction, and installation activities Manage project documentation (technical documents, permits, contracts, reports) Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (contractors, engineers, port authorities) Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Support site visits, technical meetings, and project logistic Who we are looking for University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Construction, Structural or similar) or Project Management with strong technical exposure 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or technical environments Ability to understand and follow up on technical and engineering documentation Interest in infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan Proactive, organized, and hands-on mindset Good knowledge of MS Office; project management tools are a plus Why join ICO Terminals Be part of a strategic international infrastructure project Work in a dynamic, start-up-style project team with high visibility Exposure to senior leadership and real project decision-making Career development opportunities within NYK Group Europe Professional, collaborative, and multicultural environment ICO Terminals is the global leader in RoRo port handling and vehicle logistics , providing end-to-end solutions from vehicle processing and shipping agency services to customs and door-to-door delivery. This new project strengthens ICO's footprint in the Mediterranean, complementing its terminals in Yarimca (Turkey) and East Port Said (Egypt) .
