Rodeado del equipo directivo local e internacional, tu papel será verdaderamente estratégico y participarás activamente en el desarrollo de la empresa. Trabajarás principalmente en un entorno tecnológico y participarás en proyectos de alto valor añadido. Tu próximo desafío: reclutar a nuestros futuros consultores talentososPara eso, tu día a día estará marcado por:Reclutamiento de perfiles técnicos y de staff para cobertura de vacantes en cliente externoDesarrollo y gestión de fuentes de reclutamiento.Análisis y valoración de peticiones de selección en coordinación con el área comercial.Realización de entrevistas telefónicas y presenciales.Aplicación de pruebas técnicas y competencias.Elaboración de informes de candidatura para clientes.Seguimiento de candidaturas y feedback a los candidatos.Apoyo al proceso de contratación e incorporación.Seguimiento post-incorporación y adaptación al puesto.Propuesta de mejoras en procesos de RRHH. ¿Tu perfil?Tienes una titulación grado superior o máster en una escuela de negocios y/o de un curso de RRHHExperiencia mínima de 4 años en selección de perfiles tecnológicos, idealmente en consultoras ITSabes trabajar en equipo, eres organizado/a, proactivo/aTienes un nivel de inglés alto (oral y escrito) ¿Tu personalidad?Sociable, vivaz y elocuente, no te cuesta dar el primer paso hacia los demás y crear relacionesEres una persona con ganas de aprender en una empresa en constante desarrollo y evolución¿Qué ofrecemos?
