OLÉ LANGUAGES SPANISH SCHOOL is recruiting a Front Desk Receptionist - Customer CareThe responsibilities are:Front desk receptionTake incoming customer calls (via telephone, email) and provide general information on our courses and servicesProcessing new applicantsProvide assistance to studentsIn charge of prospectingPlanning assistant the CoordinatorResponsible for processing paymentsStrategic behaviour to attract additional clientsIn charge of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok)Other tasks are:General administrative dutiesOther assignRequirements:Capable of taking responsability and self-starterEnglish and Spanish are required.
