Ingeniero/a de Observabilidad / SREServicio gestionado · Proyecto estable · 100 % remotoEl proyecto es para una empresa del sector tecnológico , especializada en consultoría IT, integración de soluciones y servicios gestionados , que acompaña a grandes organizaciones en la operación, evolución y optimización de sus plataformas tecnológicas .Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Observabilidad / SRE senior para sumarse a un servicio gestionado recurrente que se encuentra en fase de arranque para un cliente final de gran envergadura.Es un rol full-time, dedicado exclusivamente al cliente , trabajando sobre su infraestructura y con un alto nivel de autonomía técnica. La persona que se incorpore tendrá un papel clave en el diseño e implementación de la estrategia de observabilidad desde cero.¿Ser referente técnico en observabilidad, diseñando e implementando soluciones end-to-end que permitan monitorizar, analizar y optimizar sistemas en entornos productivos.Configurar, desplegar y mantener agentes de monitorización, especialmente agentes Java en entornos productivos .¿Es este el siguiente paso en su carrera? Descubra si es el candidato adecuado leyendo la descripción completa a continuación.Definir y configurar alertas, SLOs y dashboards operativos (Grafana / Prometheus).Integrar y explotar datos de logs en Elasticsearch .Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de SRE, DevOps y desarrollo para la correcta instrumentación.Elaborar documentación técnica y runbooks operativos .#Stack y experiencia requeridaPrometheus (recolección de métricas y alertado).Grafana (dashboards y alertas).Elasticsearch (ingestión y consulta de logs).Experiencia sólida con instrumentación de aplicaciones Java en producción .Conocimiento de pipelines de logs (Logstash, Beats o equivalentes) — valorable.Experiencia integrando soluciones de observabilidad en entornos cloud y despliegues automatizados.Perfil senior / experto , autónomo y con capacidad de diseñar y ejecutar la solución .Experiencia real en implementaciones de observabilidad (no solo operación).Background en SRE, infraestructura o plataformas , o perfiles de datos con foco en logs y métricas. xohynlmMentalidad práctica, orientada a la estabilidad y la mejora continua.100 % remoto~ Horario flexible~ Proyecto estable dentro de un servicio gestionado de largo recorrido~
