Actualmente estamos seleccionando un/a PRL & SHE SPECIALIST para empresa industrial ubicada en la zona de REUS , comprometida con la seguridad, salud laboral y el cumplimiento normativo. ¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES? Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de las actividades de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SHE) del centro. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente y de los procedimientos internos en materia PRL–SHE. Participar en la identificación, evaluación y seguimiento de riesgos , así como en la definición de acciones preventivas y correctivas. Colaborar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes , realizando el análisis de causas y el seguimiento de las acciones derivadas. Realizar inspecciones periódicas de seguridad y medio ambiente, detectando desviaciones y proponiendo mejoras. Mantener y actualizar la documentación y registros PRL–SHE (evaluaciones, procedimientos, registros y auditorías). Dar soporte técnico a las diferentes áreas de la empresa para integrar la prevención en las actividades operativas. Realizar el seguimiento de indicadores y KPI SHE , elaborando informes y propuestas de mejora continua. Colaborar en la gestión y actualización del Plan de Emergencias. ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Máster en Ciencias o Ingeniería , o experiencia industrial equivalente. Experiencia de 5 a 10 años en entornos industriales en funciones relacionadas con PRL, Seguridad, Salud o Medio Ambiente. Experiencia con sistemas de gestión SHE y gestión de riesgos. Conocimiento de normas ISO. Certificación como auditor interno o auditor ISO (valorable). Experiencia con herramientas y metodologías Lean / TPM (valorable). Nivel de inglés profesional. Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio. ¿QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS? Incorporación directa en la empresa con contrato indefinido. Jornada completa con horario flexible de lunes a viernes entre las 08.30 y las 09.30, con salida a partir de las 17.00h.
