This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor project teams while driving SAP innovation.Key Responsibilities• Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs• Drive client engagements (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid projects)• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation strategies• Prepare solution proposals and effort estimations• Mentor and manage project teams to ensure delivery excellenceMust-Have Skills• Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales OR technical expertise (ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis)• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations• Proven leadership experience in SAP projects• Valid SAP certification in relevant areas• Languages: xohynlm Spanish and English at C1+ levelWhat We Offer• International projects and exposure to cutting-edge technologies• Agile work environments and continuous learning programs• Collaboration across global teams• Dynamic corporate environment fostering innovation and growth• Career development through continuous learning and collaboration• Strong commitment to sustainability• Recognized for ethics and innovation• Expanding footprint in Europe with new delivery centers and growth initiatives
