Ready to design and scale data systems that power AI-driven marketing?As a Data Engineer, you'll build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines supporting over 1 million weekly predictions. You'll own architecture, integration, and data quality, working closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to transform data into actionable insights and boost our AI strategy. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site) Salary: Up to 55k+ performance bonus Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines using GCP, dbt, and AirbyteCollaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirementsExtract and integrate data from multiple tools and platformsOptimize and maintain our data warehouse for performance and reliabilityMonitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvementsSupport ML model deployment and maintenance What We're Looking For3+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data systems (ETL/ELT, modeling, warehousing)Strong Python and advanced SQL skillsHands-on experience with Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal for orchestrationKnowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)Nice-to-have:Experience with dbt and AirbyteExposure to ML deployment and ad-tech environmentsStrong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Benefits & Perks 23 vacation days + birthday off Private health insurance Flexible benefits plan Hybrid work (3 days remote) Birthday off Modern office in Sant Cugat with chill zones and kitchen Ready to take the next step?Work on high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and make a difference in AI-driven marketing.Apply now and be part of a team that's shaping the future of data engineering
