We're an international team passionate about creativity, growth, and digital excellence — based in the heart of Barcelona and backed by a global community of beauty lovers.About the RoleAs an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you'll support the digital team in driving our online business to new heights. You'll help manage our website, optimize product merchandising, support SEO and performance tracking, and contribute to Klaviyo email and SMS marketing campaigns.This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international beauty brand where creativity meets analytics — perfect for someone eager to grow in e-commerce and digital marketing.What You'll DoSupport the e-commerce team with website merchandising, category updates, pricing, and promotions.Support the CS teamEnsure consistency and accuracy across all product listings.Assist in daily website operations — homepage updates, product launches, and collection refreshes.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign content and visuals.Track website performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports.Identify key trends and optimization opportunities to improve sales and user experience.Support implementation of SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, image tags).Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.Help segment audiences and build automated flows to enhance customer journeys.Skills & QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related program.Professional proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus.Experience or interest in e-commerce, email marketing and digital marketing.Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo is a strong advantage.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive, proactive attitude and creative mindset and team-player attitude with a passion for the beauty industry.RequirementsAvailable to start in January 7th.Must have an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.Full-time position (5 days/week), hybrid model with some remote work days.Internship duration: 6 months minimum.Why Join Our Team?Paid internship opportunity6 working days of paid vacation for a 6-month internshipHybrid working model (Work-from-home days included weekly)Barcelona office located in the vibrant city centerDiverse, international team with 10+ nationalitiesMonthly/Quarterly team eventsCareer training and mentorshipBirthday celebrationsYearly performance reviewsEmployee discount on all products (for friends & family too)Dog-friendly officeFresh fruit and great coffee dailyAt Le Mini Macaron, you'll be part of an ambitious, creative, and fast-growing beauty brand where ideas come to life.
