Sales & Marketing Director – Europe Wearable Biosensors | Diabetes & Chronic Diseases | MedTechHippo Biosensors (Hippo Medical Pte. Ltd.) is an international medical technology company headquartered in Singapore, specializing in wearable biosensor solutions for chronic diseases, including diabetes. Our mission is to simplify disease management through accurate, real-time data, enabling better decisions for patients, healthcare professionals, and health systems.Following CE MDR certification and successful commercialization, Hippo has established distributor partnerships across multiple European countries and is now entering the next phase of its European growth.We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director – Europe to lead this expansion and to strengthen the performance, structure, and long-term impact of our European commercial organization.Candidates must be based in Europe and available for frequent travel across EU marketsWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the intersection of innovation, access, and execution. By shaping commercial strategy and distributor performance, you will directly influence how a new generation of wearable biosensors reaches patients and healthcare systems across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the European sales and marketing strategyLead, support, and optimize an established distributor network across EU marketsDrive revenue growth, pricing governance, and regional commercial policyLead business development initiatives and selective market expansionOversee product launches, positioning, and key European congress participationAct as the primary commercial interface between European partners and global headquartersCollaborate closely with regulatory, clinical, marketing, and after-sales teamsCandidate ProfileProven expertise in sales and sales operations, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsDemonstrated experience building long-term customer and distributor relationshipsStrong team leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsProven proficiency in business development and strategic market expansionExceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership capabilitiesComfortable operating in a hybrid work environment and managing remote, cross-border teamsSolid experience in the healthcare or medical technology industryQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferredWhat We OfferExecutive-level role with immediate impact on an established European footprintHigh autonomy within a fast-growing global MedTech organizationCompetitive compensation aligned with experienceLong-term leadership and growth opportunityApplications and confidential enquiries are welcome via LinkedIn.
