You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong relationships with partners and end-users, and identifying new business opportunities across various verticals such as logistics, transportation, retail, and field services. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have long-term experience in Auto-ID industry with proven sales records and networking. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis.Responsibilities Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key partners, resellers, and enterprise clientsAchieve sales targets and grow market share for M3 Mobile rugged devices in the assigned regionIdentify new business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closingWork closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfactionConduct regular business reviews and on-site visits with clients and partnersRepresent M3 Mobile at trade shows, partner events, and xohynlm customer meetings in the regionProvide market feedback and competitor insights to help shape our European strategyRequirements Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management (preferably in mobile hardware, rugged devices, or IT solutions, Auto-ID industry)Strong network in logistics, warehousing, or industrial verticals is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote settingWillingness to travel frequently within the region
