Blockchain Engineer – Mainnet, Wallets & Regulatory IntegrationsSi desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.On-site / Hybrid – Barcelona | Fintech & Crypto InfrastructureWe are a fast-growing fintech startup expanding our Blockchain Engineering team.We're looking for a hands-on Blockchain Engineer to work on mainnet integrations, wallet security, and smart-contract interactions in a regulated production environment.This role operates at the intersection of blockchain technology and regulation, including MiCA, Travel Rule, and compliance-driven transaction flows.What you'll doBlockchain & Mainnet OperationsIntegrate and maintain mainnets (Ethereum / EVM chains and others as required).Manage RPC providers, node connections, confirmations, reorg handling and monitoring.Implement deposit / withdrawal flows with compliance-ready tracking.Wallets & SecurityWork on hot/cold wallet infrastructure, signing services and key management.Apply security best practices for fund custody and transaction execution.Coordinate with Security and Compliance teams on risk controls.Smart Contracts (Practical Scope)Interact with simple production smart contracts (payments, transfers, internal logic).Deploy, test and monitor contracts with proper gas, fee and failure handling.Regulatory & Compliance IntegrationSupport MiCA-aligned crypto operations in the EU.Integrate and maintain Travel Rule–compliant transaction flows.Ensure traceability and auditability of on-chain transactions.Collaborate with Compliance to align blockchain logic with regulatory requirements.Backend & SystemsIntegrate blockchain logic into backend services and APIs.Maintain on-chain off-chain synchronization.Support reconciliation, monitoring and incident resolution.What we're looking forHands-on experience with blockchain mainnets (Ethereum / EVM).Experience with wallets, deposits, withdrawals and transaction monitoring.Practical smart-contract experience (Solidity or equivalent).Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Rust or Go.Strong understanding of crypto security and operational risk.Familiarity with MiCA, Travel Rule or regulated crypto environments.Experience working in production systems handling real funds.Fluent in English.What we offerBarcelona-based role (on-site or hybrid).Part of a core blockchain team (not a solo position).Compensation in USD / USDT.Stock options included. xohynlm High-impact role in a regulated fintech + crypto environment.
