We are looking for a hybrid profile: a passionate Instructional Designer who is also an exceptional Communicator. You will not only design high-impact training using our AI Avatar technology; you will also own the relationship with the client during the implementation phase. You love building the product, but you love presenting the final result to the client even more. Instructional Design Transform content: Take raw client materials (PDFs, manuals) and turn them into engaging, conversational scripts for AI Avatars. Structure learning: Define the pedagogy, structure, and flow of the courses to ensure knowledge retention. AI Implementation: Use our internal tools to build the courses, configure avatars, and set up interactive scenarios. 2. Client Success & Presentation The "Reveal": Present your designs and finished projects to stakeholders. You must be able to defend your pedagogical decisions and sell the vision. Onboarding: Lead the training sessions for new clients. Teach them how to use the Tauniqo platform effectively. Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback during the pilot phase and iterate on the content rapidly. Requirements 3+ years in Instructional Design: You are genuinely passionate about how people learn. You hate boring training and know how to fix it. Client-Facing Experience: You have worked in an agency or consultancy role where presenting to clients was part of your daily job. You are confident speaking to HR Directors and C-Level execs. Tech-Savvy: You adapt quickly to new software and are comfortable using AI tools. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Essential for client presentations). Location Hybrid: 3 days in office (Poblenou), 2 days remote. xohynlm Office: Carrer de la Llacuna, 162, Barcelona.
