Delegado de zona – División Bathing and Wellness (V&B Group) – Ubicado en Palma La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.El puesto reportará al Área Manager y será responsable del desarrollo comercial del equipamiento del baño del grupo Villeroy & Boch en las Islas Baleares , gestionando y potenciando la relación con distribuidores, arquitectos, interioristas, estudios de diseño y cadenas hoteleras. Responsabilidades Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos en su territorio (Islas Baleares). Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes: distribuidores, arquitectos, interioristas, despachos de prescripción, promotoras y grupos hoteleros. Ejecutar una estrategia comercial efectiva, combinando visitas presenciales, acciones de prospección y herramientas digitales para maximizar la cobertura del mercado. Identificar oportunidades de negocio en proyectos residenciales, contract y hospitality. Presentar de forma convincente la propuesta de valor de Villeroy & Boch, diferenciando nuestras soluciones frente a la competencia y resolviendo objeciones. Recoger información del mercado: necesidades de los clientes, tendencias, actividad de la competencia y oportunidades de crecimiento. Elaborar informes de actividad y seguimiento en Salesforce y otras herramientas digitales de la compañía. Colaborar y compartir buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo comercial para impulsar los resultados globales del negocio. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia mínima de 1–3 años en posiciones comerciales, preferiblemente en sectores afines (equipamiento del baño, construcción, cerámica, arquitectura, interiorismo, contract o similar). Perfil altamente comercial, autónomo y con capacidad para gestionar relaciones de forma directa y profesional. Experiencia en visitas a clientes prescriptores y/o canales profesionales (arquitectos, interioristas, hotelería, etc.) muy valorada. Buenas habilidades analíticas y visión de negocio. Formación universitaria (ADE, Marketing, Arquitectura, Diseño o similar) será un plus. Nivel de inglés valorable. Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia por todas las Islas Baleares y, ocasionalmente, a Barcelona. Familiarizado con Salesforce y herramientas digitales de reporte y análisis. Competencias Orientación a resultados y al cliente. Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos. Organización, planificación y gestión del tiempo. Iniciativa, implicación y capacidad de trabajo.
