Node.js Voice Automation Developer – Contract Location: Spain – Fully Remote Rate: 500 Euros per day Duration: Initially 3 months Start: Must be available to start first week of JanuaryThe RoleWe're looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong voice automation / IVR experience to join a high-profile digital transformation programme.The client is migrating critical customer claims and appointment booking journeys from legacy platforms (ServiceBench and Click) into a modern environment using IFS and Google Dialogflow CX. This work is heavily focused on API rebuilds, voice flows, and seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services using Node.js for voice automation and customer journey orchestrationBuild, integrate and optimise RESTful APIs for claims, appointments, and customer historyUpdate and enhance IVR flows and logic to align with new IFS behaviours and Dialogflow CXImplement strong security and authentication best practicesCollaborate with technical and business teams to validate, test, and document customer journeysSupport knowledge transfer and technical upskilling across the teamEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on development experience with Node.jsProven experience delivering voice automation / IVR solutionsStrong background in RESTful API design and integrationExperience working with cloud APIsSolid understanding of security and authentication in cloud-based applicationsExcellent problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and deliver under tight timelinesNice to HaveExperience with Google Dialogflow CXExposure to IFS or similar enterprise platformsExperience migrating from legacy platforms
