From the LHH Engineering Division , we are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading client in the automotive sector. ¿Tiene lo que se necesita para triunfar? You will be responsible for driving the industrial engineering strategy , leading the industrialization of new products , optimizing processes, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a plant that plays a key role in the future of e-mobility . Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop 5 direct engineers and a broader team of 35 professionals . Drive the industrialization of new lines and products . Optimize manufacturing processes (SMT, automation, testing). Ensure on-time launches and continuous improvement. Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation . Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. What We're Looking For: Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred). Fluent English + excellent communication skills. Experience in the automotive industry , ideally electronics. Proven leadership in industrial/manufacturing environments. Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. What We Offer: Permanent position in a strategic automotive plant.
