We are a specialist recruitment and talent platform dedicated to the global HotelTech industry.Why this role existsWith a growing pipeline, active partnerships, and demand from high-growth clients outpacing our delivery capacity, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves execution and wants zero responsibility for business development.This role exists so the founder can focus on partnerships, growth and client relationships while you fully own search execution.Your missionOwn the end-to-end delivery of contingency recruitment roles across EMEA and North America, working directly with founders and senior leaders in the HotelTech ecosystem.What you'll be responsible forOwning end-to-end delivery for assigned HotelTech rolesBuilding and refining scalable delivery processes from scratchOnboarding new clients and running detailed role briefingsTranslating briefs into strong, qualified candidate pipelinesProactively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals)Screening and qualifying candidates across skills, motivation and salary alignmentBuilding clear, high-quality longlists and shortlistsWriting sharp, concise candidate summariesManaging candidates through interview stages and offersPartnering closely with the client on final shortlists and hiring decisionsManaging candidate communication and experience end-to-endKeeping searches fast, clean and transparentFlagging risks early (drop-off, misalignment, availability)What you won't be doingBusiness developmentCold outreach to clientsAdmin-heavy CRM workMicromanagementAttending eventsBeing forced to post content or create social media videosWho this is forYou'll thrive here if you:Love search & deliveryAre structured, calm and detail-orientedGet satisfaction from filling roles properlyAre happy working behind the scenesPrefer autonomy over politicsWant a generous commission structure whilst not being forced to do BD.CriteriaMinimum 2 years in recruitmentExperience in Hospitality and/or SaaS recruitmentStrong preference for delivery side of recruitmentConfident in communicating & managing senior clients/founders & candidatesInternational backgroundFluent in English (Spanish, French or German are a plus)Knowledge of hospitality is a bonusWhat makes this role interestingPure delivery-focused role in a niche with few competitorsFully remote and outcome-driven (not hours-driven)Freedom to build, test and challenge how things are doneOpportunity to build scalable processes from scratchLong-term collaboration with the potential to grow a delivery function around youNo corporate politics, no "wolf-of-wall-street" cultureContractFreelance / contractor basisEither a hybrid of salary + commission or commission only options will be discussed.If we work well together and build something meaningful, there is a clear path to a longer-term role.
