ChangeGroup (a Prosegur Cash company) is looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Madrid, offering strong professional development and long-term growth opportunities within an international group.Siga leyendo para descubrir lo que necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto, incluyendo habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia.To provide legal support to ChangeGroup, a retail FX and financial services company within Prosegur Cash, with operations in more than 15 jurisdictions, over 20 airports and 200+ branches worldwide.You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Legal of Prosegur Cash and the CEO of ChangeGroup, reporting to both, and supporting the business teams on legal matters with direct impact on the company's growth and strategy.ChangeGroup continues to expand its international footprint and is driving a significant product transformation, offering hands-on exposure to legal, regulatory and strategic matters linked to new products and business modelsGeneral Legal SupportReview and negotiate commercial agreements, primarily public concession agreements and lease agreements.Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of matters in multiple jurisdictions.Coordinate and liaise with external counsel in different countries.Support the obtaining of regulatory licences across different jurisdictions, as well as compliance with ongoing regulatory obligations.Business Projects & GrowthParticipate in strategic projects, new product initiatives and market entry processes.Work very closely with the business, learning to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice while balancing risk and commercial objectives.European-qualified lawyer.At least 4 years of professional experience, gained in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department, with solid experience in commercial contracts and corporate governance .Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Sharp, agile thinker with strong judgement, able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into practical legal solutions.Hybrid working model with remote work.A role with strong learning exposure and continuous professional development, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the business in an international environment.Close collaboration with experienced legal and business leaders, providing ongoing guidance and meaningful hands-on experience.Direct exposure to senior management and business decision-making processes.As a trusted provider of foreign currency and financial services, ChangeGroup has been supporting international travellers and business customers since 1992.
