We're expanding rapidly across Europe and are looking for ambitious, sales-driven individuals who want to be part of that growth. Role Overview This is a front-line sales role focused entirely on building TSS's client base and driving consistent monthly revenue. You will lead outreach to venues across Madrid and the wider market — restaurants, hotels, cafés, and lifestyle spaces — through cold calling, in-person visits, outbound emails, and your own network. A strong personal network and understanding of the local hospitality scene will be key drivers of success. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business, managing your pipeline from first contact to signed contract. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach, field meetings, and personal network referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Present and pitch The Secret Society model clearly and persuasively to venue owners and decision-makers. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding handover. Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities and develop strong industry relationships. Use sales tools and marketing materials provided to maximise reach and conversion. Track and report progress accurately within the CRM system. Skills & Experience Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within hospitality, media, F&B, or marketing sectors. Strong personal network in the local hospitality or lifestyle industry. Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-starter with strong drive, discipline, and commercial instinct. Comfortable working toward clear KPIs and performance-based rewards. What Success Looks Like You are recognised as the face of TSS in Madrid, consistently bringing in new venue partners, growing revenue, and establishing the brand locally. You take full ownership of targets, build strong relationships, and remain accountable for results.
