Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience or academic background in project management, international relations, business, innovation, economics, law or related fields Interest or prior exposure to innovation, investment ecosystems, and public-private collaboration Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage client-facing interactions Organisational and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments High level of English (equivalent to C2), demonstrable in professional settings Proficiency in digital tools and capacity to adapt to new technologies Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
