Desde ISPROX Consulting, buscamos un/a Site Manager / Supervisor de Obras para incorporarse a una compañía internacional especializada en soluciones técnicas para equipos de elevación.Funciones:- Gestión y control de plazos y costes de la obra. Control de horas trabajadas, facturas y gastos.- Comunicación diaria con el Encargado de Obra para la planificación de los trabajos.- Reportar al Director de Obra / Project Manager.- Interlocución con cliente y subcontratas para el seguimiento y coordinación de los trabajos.- Solicitud de precios a proveedores, comparativos, coordinación de inicio de actividades, documentación, plazos, etc.- Preparación de la puesta en marcha de la obra. Seguimiento de los trabajos. Cierre de la obra. Resumen de costes y documentación de calidad.Requisitos:- Habituado al trabajo y supervisión en entornos industriales, especialmente en obra, montaje y mantenimiento equipos mecánicos. - Se valorara experiencia en Instalaciones Portuarias y trabajos en maquinaria de elevación como grúas.- Orientado a la gestión, control y seguimiento de proyectos.- Profesional dinámico, proactivo y autónomo, con muy buenas habilidades de comunicación.- Disponibilidad para viajar.- Manejo de herramientas de ofimática, especialmente hojas de cálculo.- Inglés medio-alto.- Capacidad para desempeñar tareas en altura- Carnet de conducir.Se ofrece:- Salario a convenir y en función de la experiencia aportada, con una retribución aproximada de 39.000 a 42.000 euros brutos al año.- Vehículo de empresa.- 1 día de teletrabajo a la semana.
