Customer Support Specialist – Order Processing, Planning & LogisticsAbout Multi-WingMulti-Wing is a fast-growing, multinational company at the forefront of the ventilation and HVAC industry.Inscríbase sin demora Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we serve a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.We are strengthening our Customer Support Team and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist – Order Processing, Planning & Logistics.This is a key role at the intersection of customer service, order management, and logistics- with a strong focus on processing and planning orders in our ERP system- ensuring seamless execution from the moment a purchase order is received to the successful delivery of goods.What You'll Be DoingAct as the first point of contact for customer purchase orders (POs); validate, process, and maintain orders in the ERP (e.g., D365) with accurate master data, pricing, Incoterms, and tax details.Plan each order in the system: confirm delivery dates, reserve/allocate inventory, sequence lines, and manage order promising (ATP/CTP) to align with production and logistics capacity.Issue order acknowledgements and proactively communicate order status, changes, and delivery updates to customers.Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process – from PO reception to final shipment – coordinating with planning, warehouse, and production to secure material availability.Working with and maintaining simple Bills of Materials (BOMs) for impellers.Coordinate shipment planning and execution with carriers and freight partners to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare and handle shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international deliveries.Monitor and resolve delivery issues, escalations, and customer complaints with a structured, proactive approach.Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production) to streamline service and resolve blockers.Maintain clean records and auditable trails in ERP/CRM; support continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes.What We're Looking ForOrganized, customer-oriented, and hands-on professionals who enjoy owning processes end-to-end, thrive in dynamic environments, and deliver reliable results as part of a high-performing team.Requirements3+ years' experience in customer support, order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).Proven experience processing and planning orders in an ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar), including delivery-date confirmation and inventory allocation.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office; D365 experience is a strong plus.Nice to HaveKnowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms.Familiarity with ATP/CTP, MRP, or basic production planning concepts.Experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles.Additional languages.What We OfferA permanent position in a growing international company with a global footprint.A collaborative, dynamic environment where your contributions matter.Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning. xohynlm The chance to work in a purpose-driven team that values innovation and customer success.
