At EBRO SUV, we are looking to incorporate an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function both strategically and operationally, supporting the company's growth and acting as a direct business partner to the organization.The selected candidate will have decision-making authority, will lead a team, and will work in close collaboration with top management.Key ResponsibilitiesHR StrategyDefinition and monitoring of the HR budgetPreparation of executive presentationsDefinition and tracking of HR KPIsDevelopment of HR policies (compensation, promotion, travel, company car, etc.)Performance & DevelopmentEnd-to-end management of the performance evaluation systemMonitoring and follow-up of KPIs for all employeesDefinition and follow-up of action plansAnalysis of KPI and performance evaluation resultsDesign of the internal promotion planDefinition and continuous development of the compensation policyLabor RelationsHandling and resolution of employees' labor-related queriesPayroll validationVisa processingRecruitment & OnboardingSupport in recruitment processesTrainingSupport in the definition and follow-up of the training planRequired ProfileUniversity degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Sociology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or similarMinimum 10 years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience as an HR Manager / HR GeneralistProven experience leading teamsExperience in the industrial sectorFluent English, both written and spokenKey Soft SkillsDynamic and approachable personalityStrong decision-making capabilityLeadership and business-oriented mindsetExcellent organizational and prioritization skills
