Compañía de productos premium de iluminación y ventilación situada en el Vallès Oriental, en fase de un muy importante crecimiento, desea incorporar un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE COMERCIAL en dependencia directa del Director Comercial. Nota importante: dadas las fechas que nos encontramos se respetarán todas las planificaciones de vacaciones de todos los candidatos. La eventual incorporación será en el mes de enero. CUSTOMER SERVICE COMERCIAL Buscamos una persona proactiva y resolutiva que coordine clientes, vendedores y equipo interno, anticipándose a las necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones rápidas y eficaces. Funciones y responsabilidades: Atención y fidelización de clientes: Excelente atención telefónica y vía correo electrónico. Contacto regular con clientes VIP para ampliar su volumen de negocio. Resolución de dudas técnicas o incidencias. Seguimiento de pedidos hasta la total satisfacción del cliente. Soporte a la red comercial: Apoyo administrativo al equipo de agentes. Seguimiento de ofertas y pedidos. Resolución de incidencias para facilitar el cierre de ventas. Envío de material comercial. Gestión administrativa: Mantener actualizado el ERP. Coordinar los departamentos implicados en la gestión comercial. Gestionar los transportes y entregas. Resolver incidencias y analizar su origen para prevenirlas en el futuro. Detectar oportunidades de negocio para incrementar la facturación. Formación y experiencia Formación Profesional Grado Medio. Dominio de herramientas de ofimática Experiencia con ERP – CRM Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en puesto similar. Perfil : Valorable experiencia en sectores técnicos: iluminación, material eléctrico, construcción, climatización. Persona con alta orientación al cliente, y habilidades de comunicación, proactividad y resolución. Con capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Con interés y capacidad de aprendizaje. Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio. Preferible residencia en el Vallés Oriental. Se ofrece : Estabilidad laboral y posibilidades de desarrollo profesional. Horario y calendario muy positivo. Jornada completa de lunes a jueves, intensiva los viernes. Retribución económica acorde con el talento y experiencia del candidato. Formación específica de producto.
