Condiciones Competitivas• Contrato estable.• Remuneración acorde a experiencia.• Beneficios adicionales según política del subcontratista. ¿Qué harás en este rol?• Diseñar soluciones técnicas y definir arquitecturas óptimas alineadas con estándares empresariales.• Guiar al equipo en ceremonias ágiles, eliminar impedimentos y fomentar la mejora continua.• Liderar la estrategia de implementación ágil y gestionar artefactos Scrum.• Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y coordinar equipos multifuncionales.
