Actualmente queremos reforzar el equipo de Talento de Learning con la incorporación de un Learning Transformation Lead que pueda ayudarnos a impulsar la transformación digital del área de Learning, alineando procesos, plataformas y datos con la estrategia de la compañía. Este rol será clave en la evolución tecnológica del aprendizaje, mejorando la experiencia del usuario, optimizando procesos y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua basada en datos. ¿Cuál es el reto? Transformación tecnológica: Liderar la transformación digital del área de Learning, gestionando la integración y evolución de plataformas como LMS, LXP, gamificación, certificación y otras herramientas clave. Experiencia de aprendizaje: Garantizar una experiencia digital intuitiva, accesible y personalizada, basada en datos de uso y feedback de usuarios. Análisis y reporting: Diseñar y mantener dashboards con KPIs de formación, asegurando la calidad, trazabilidad y utilidad de los datos para la toma de decisiones. Procesos y políticas: Alinear políticas y procesos de Learning con la estrategia, asegurando su cumplimiento en toda la organización. Innovación continua: Proponer e implementar mejoras tecnológicas, metodológicas y funcionales para mantener la relevancia del área. Colaboración transversal: Trabajar con stakeholders internos (negocio, tecnología, comunicación, formación) para asegurar la coherencia e impacto de las soluciones. ¿Cómo te imaginamos? Alrededor de 7 años de experiencia en Learning & Development, con foco en sistemas, procesos y análisis. Experiencia liderando migraciones o integraciones de plataformas LMS/LXP. Conocimiento en ERP de talento (idealmente SuccessFactors), FUNDAE y estándares digitales (SCORM, xAPI). Habilidad para transformar datos en decisiones estratégicas y operativas. Alta orientación a la experiencia del usuario, innovación y mejora continua. Buen nivel de inglés (mínimo B2/C1). ¿Cómo es trabajar en Deloitte?
