As part of the Global Operations Corporate Team and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Globeducate's international network of schools and central teams.The role focuses on enrolment planning, performance analysis, marketing effectiveness, financial insights and operational efficiency. You will work as a true business partner to multiple functions, helping leaders make better, faster and more informed decisions through robust analysis and clear data storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities across enrolment, marketing, finance and operations.Develop and automate analytical models and ETL processes.Monitor and interpret key KPIs such as Cost per Enrolment, year-on-year growth, marketing ROI and operational performance.Work closely with finance, operations, HR, commercial, marketing and admissions teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.Provide insights on enrolment pipelines, conversion rates and lead generation performance across digital and offline channels.Support Operations teams by modelling processes and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability.Prepare clear and concise analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets.Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI standards, processes and ways of working at group level.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or a related field.3–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or similar roles.Technical and Professional Skills:Advanced Excel skills, used autonomously to analyse large datasets and build complex models.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard design.Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Infor, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx or similar.Experience in financial or business modelling.Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Fluent English, with confidence in live professional discussions and meetings.Assessment Note:Advanced Excel skills and English proficiency will be assessed during the selection process through practical exercises and live interviews.Safeguarding Statement:Globeducate is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
