Corporate Sales Representative - Account ManagementWe are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Representative with a strong focus on account management to manage and grow our corporate and trade customer portfolio. Join us and be a valuable part of our team as we soar to new heights togetherJob Accountabilities:Manages relationships with TK' corporate and trade customers. Develops a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale.Develops and maintains long term strategic relationships with TK' Trade partners (Travel Agencies, TMC ́s) and corporate clients.Prepares an account development plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term mutual benefits for both Trade Partners and Corporate customers.Solicits new and existing accounts to meet and/or exceed revenue goals through sales calls, written communication and email and telephone solicitation.Contributes to the formulation and implementation of TK sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate.Reviews TK sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities.Manages and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility.Develops tactical Sales and Marketing activities in support of sales opportunities in Corporate Travel market place.Provides regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.Represents TK at trade events, promotions and sales functions, including supporting educational and familiarization visits.Supports the development of advanced selling techniques and account management/solutions selling.Required to implement consistent, accurate and efficient coordinated initiatives driving sales actions to support TK commercial objectives.Continually monitor the performance of account portfolio ensuring plans are delivering as intended and/or adapted as required to leverage over-performance or correct under-performance.Structure and implement sales plans to optimize TK's revenue and presence in the market for corporate accounts, in close collaboration with head office and regional stakeholders.Formulate and implement corporate strategies to maximise revenue from existing accounts and drive revenue streams from new business.Collaborate with stakeholders in head office and region to develop short/ medium term local sales incentives strategy for the assigned territories.Accountable for negotiating corporate agreements within assigned territories.Provide comprehensive reporting detailing contacts, plans, agreed actions and relevant intelligence.Responsible for implementation and adherence to corporate policies and procedures that are developed in consultation with head office.Qualifications:This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility when attending client meetings or undertaking duty travel. This position will also involve travel as well as attendance to events which may fall on weekends and outside normal business hours. Must hold a valid local driver's licence.Candidates must have the unrestricted legal right to live and work in Spain.A good standard of university education or business school qualification.Experience in consultative selling within a global or multinational organization,preferably in airline sales.Proven airline commercial skills.Ability to analyse and interpret sales data/statistics.Sales negotiation skillsAbility to source new business opportunities and manage high revenue potential accountsStrong commercial acumen.Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.Fluent spoken and written English, as well as local Languages.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Proven experience in driving and delivering significant change.Experience in Microsoft Office applications including (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Knowledge of TK corporate products and services.We strive to bring the far close by making the world move through our wings.
