Responsable de Control de Calidad – Sector Farmacéutico Equipo a cargo: Amplio equipo multidisciplinar de Control de Calidad (Fisicoquímico, Microbiología, Packaging, Muestreo y personal técnico y analista)Gestionar y coordinar el Departamento de Control de Calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia de los procesos, en colaboración con otros departamentos, para garantizar la calidad de los productos farmacéuticos.Asegurar la elaboración, aprobación, revisión y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Control de Calidad.Gestión integral del sistema LIMS.Aprobación/rechazo de materias primas, materiales de acondicionamiento y productos en todas sus fases.Supervisión de análisis internos y externos, estudios de estabilidad, validaciones y cualificaciones.Investigación de desviaciones, OOS, reclamaciones y participación en auditorías e inspecciones.Coordinación con otros departamentos en validaciones, nuevos proyectos y soporte técnico.Gestión de stocks de materias primas y materiales (caducidades, reanálisis).Supervisión de controles ambientales, aguas y aires de planta.Gestión del mantenimiento, calibración y validación de equipos e instalaciones.Liderazgo, gestión y desarrollo del equipo humano del departamento (formación, motivación, seguimiento).Elaboración y control del presupuesto del departamento.Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Química, Biología o similar).Experiencia consolidada en Control de Calidad en industria farmacéutica.Experiencia en gestión de equipos, auditorías e inspecciones.Valorable experiencia con LIMS y validaciones analíticas.Desarrollo profesional continuo.Salario competitivo y beneficios sociales (seguro médico/comedor/idiomas y más)
