SAP Spanish Payroll ConsultantFully Remote6/12 Month Contract - ON DEMAND Contract (Can work alongside current position)English speakingJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in Spanish PY to join our SAP HCM team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Spanish statutory requirements, end-to-end payroll configuration, and integration with SAP HR and time management modules. This role requires hands-on configuration skills, experience in international payroll environments, and strong stakeholder communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll for SpainAnalyse business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll system solutionsEnsure compliance with Spanish, legal, and social security regulationsPerform payroll schema and rule configuration (PCRs, schemas, wage types, etc.)Support integration with Time Management, PA/OM, and Finance (FI/CO) modulesHandle payroll testing, data validation, and reconciliation activitiesLiaise with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external vendorsSupport payroll year-end activities including reporting and auditsProvide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teamsEssential Skills & Experience:Minimum 3–5 years ' experience in SAP HCM/Payroll, specifically with Spanish PYStrong configuration experience in SA PY , including schemas, rules, wage typesSolid understanding of Spanish statutory payroll processes (e.g., tax, insurance, social contributions)Ideally some Experience with SAP HR (PA/OM) and Time Management modulesAbility to perform functional testing and resolve payroll-related issuesL1 / L2 ExperienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in international or multi-country payroll environmentsSAP certification in HCM/PayrollExposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
