El/la Events & Marketing Coordinator realizará las siguientes tareas con los más altos estándares: - Crear y fidelizar una cartera de clientes potenciales a los que ofrecer y gestionar eventos en el Hotel Montera Madrid. - Principal responsable de los eventos tanto de F&B como de grupos de habitaciones, que se vayan a hospedar en el hotel, desde la entrada de la reserva, comunicación y asesoramiento, cotización, gestión del evento in situ y posterior facturación. - Reporte directo a la Dirección General del hotel. - Responder de manera ágil a los correos y cotizaciones tanto de reservas de grupos como de habitaciones. -Tomar decisiones y resolver problemas analizando y evaluando los problemas y determinando la mejor solución. - Crear, actualizar y reportar a los distintos jefes de departamento sobre las ordenes de servicio. - Crear y mantener relaciones con los huéspedes y clientes para establecer y cumplir las expectativas de los mismos y cumplirlas. - Registrar y hacer seguimiento de las reservas y las peticiones mediante la plataforma DELPHI y Meeting Brooker. - Responsabilizarse de tener la comunicación adecuada con el supervisor de recepción para una buena introducción de los datos de las reservas en el PMS. - Responsabilizarse de las órdenes de servicio y asegurar la buena comunicación con los distintos departamentos implicados. - Acompañar a los clientes a visitar los distintos outlets, habitaciones y salas de eventos y asesorar según necesidades. - Conocimiento amplio de los medios de comunicación de marketing, incluidos pero no limitados a canales tradicionales, digitales y sociales. - Capacidad para realizar análisis críticos y gestionar grandes volúmenes de información. - Excelentes habilidades de redacción, suficientes para producir comunicaciones internas y externas de ventas y marketing.Requisitos :
