Through consultative online sales appointments, you will convert leads into contracts while also nurturing existing students to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.This role combines strong sales performance with a high level of service, ensuring every student receives a personalized and professional experience throughout their journey with Wall Street English.What You Will Be DoingDrive Sales ResultsAchieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Center DirectorBook, conduct, and close online sales consultations (first and second appointments)Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent contract conversionsEnsure contracts are processed accurately and in a timely mannerConvert Prospects and Grow Student LoyaltyFollow up with new prospects, existing students, and past contacts to maximize conversion, renewals, and referralsResolve no-shows or cancelled appointments through proactive follow-upHold after-sales and follow-up sessions to drive renewals and referralsManage student expectations through thoughtful, consultative communicationEnsure Student SatisfactionAct as the main point of contact between students and the Service teamAddress student concerns or issues efficiently and ensure a high level of satisfactionContribute to a positive and engaging student experience that encourages long-term commitmentDrive Sales VisibilityMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRMManage your diary to ensure all calls, appointments, and follow-ups are completed on timeProvide regular and accurate sales and activity reports to the Center DirectorSupport Team GrowthAttend online meetings with Sales and Service teamsParticipate in marketing initiatives, including online events and promotionsStay up to date with new products, course updates, and sales processesAttend all required training sessions as part of your professional developmentYour ProfileStrong command of German language (C1/C2)Good level of EnglishExperience working towards sales targets or performance objectivesConfident using digital communication platforms (phone, video calls, online tools)Strong service-oriented mindset with a consultative approachGood working knowledge of MS OfficeNice to HaveUniversity degree; professional sales qualification or degree in Business or Marketing are a plusUnderstanding of core sales principles (sales pipeline, forecasting, planning, closing techniques)Confident using social media for communication or lead engagementExperience in the English Language Teaching sectorBackground in service-driven industries (hospitality, fitness, education, customer service)Fluent in EnglishWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleStrong presentation and influencing skills, both online and over the phoneComfortable working in a performance-driven online sales environmentBalanced mindset: driven to achieve sales results while delivering outstanding customer experienceExcellent time management and self-organization skillsCommitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionWe foster a work environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where we reflect our customers and students, and where our people can be themselves.
