The RoleSeeking a high-octane, results-driven Web Account Manager to leadthe charge in delivering world-class digital solutions. This isn't a role for a passive coordinator.we need a "driver"—someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses thetechnical fluency to lead complex CMS projects from conception to launch.As the primary bridge between our global clients and our top-tier technical teams, you will beresponsible for executing high-impact web strategies, implementing cutting-edge features, andensuring every project exceeds expectations.Key Responsibilities● Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the lead point of contact for global clients,building deep relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for their digital roadmap.● End-to-End Project Execution: Lead the lifecycle of web-based projects, specificallyfocusing on CMS platforms (e.g., Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful,WordPress, or Drupal).● Scope Management: Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuringclear deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements are defined and defended.● Strategic Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to build and pitch compellingproposal decks that translate client business goals into actionable web solutions.● Pace Setting: Maintain a high-velocity workflow, proactively identifying bottlenecksbefore they impact delivery.● Feature Innovation: Translate complex client needs into actionable technicalrequirements to implement new key features, site enhancements, and digitaladvancements.● Global Team Integration: Coordinate seamlessly across time zones with internaldevelopers, designers, and QA teams to ensure 24/7 project momentum.● Performance Tracking: Maintain a relentless focus on KPIs, project timelines, andbudget management to ensure high-velocity delivery without sacrificing quality.What You Bring to the Table● High-Pace Pedigree: You have a proven track record of managing multiple high-stakesprojects simultaneously in a fast-moving agency or tech environment.● Technical Authority: Understanding of the basics and managing Web CMS projectsand a strong understanding of web development workflows, APIs, and UI/UX principles.● Powerful Communication: You are an expert at managing client expectations,delivering high-level presentations, and navigating difficult conversations with poise.● Global Mindset: Experience working with international teams and an ability to adaptcommunication styles for a diverse, global client base.● Results-Driven Mentality: You don't just "manage" tasks; you own the outcome and areobsessed with achieving measurable success for your clients.Requirements● Experience: 5+ years in Account Management or Project Management specificallywithin the web/digital space.● Environment: Demonstrated success in a "fast-paced" or "high-growth" setting.● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a relatedfield (or equivalent professional experience).● Tools: Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) andCMS platforms is preferred. .
