Key Responsibilities: Support for internal bank users at their workstations, both hardware and software levels.Configuration of hardware equipment.Track the major or more complex issues Skills:English written and spoken skillsActive Directory and Infrastructure basic KnowledgeExperience on Product SupportAdvanced knowledge on Windows WorkstationCall logging systems Service NowStrong Experience with Microsoft Windows platform including Windows 7 and Windows 10MS Office 2016 & O365MS OutlookKnowledge of LAN / WAN, Client Server and other Network applicationsSMS Software Deployment toolsNetwork Share permissionsIphone / Ipad / MAC Management technologyLaptop / Desktop build and imaging & Physical troubleshootingMicrosoft TeamsVPN ClientAbility to troubleshoot remote connectivityAbility to use remote control tools, Goverlan preferableAt least 12 months experience working for an IT service desk or help desk team Job Conditions & Benefits: Permanent contract.
