Area Manager - OphthalmologyLocation: AndalusiaA leading international ophthalmic medical device company is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth and manage key customer accounts across Andalusia.You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and growing market share across a portfolio of intraocular lenses and partner products within your territory. Acting as a trusted expert and representative of the business, you will focus on retaining existing accounts while executing a strategic growth plan to drive both short-term performance and long-term success in the region.You will be accountable for delivering sustainable sales and profit growth and for preparing the market for new product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets and grow market share across assigned products and accountsManage and develop strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, ophthalmic units, and key stakeholdersRetain and protect existing intraocular lens business within the territoryIdentify new product opportunities, trials, and partnershipsDevelop a deep understanding of the territory, customers, and competitive landscapeMonitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity, reporting insights to Sales Management and MarketingContinually develop sales, clinical, and product knowledge to become a trusted expertOperate in accordance with the company's Quality Management SystemProduce accurate sales reports, territory plans, stock reports, and activity updates as requiredQualifications & ExperienceExperience in medical devices sales and understanding of ophthalmology/eyecare marketBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceResidence in AndalusiaSelf-motivated and results-drivenStrong team playerExcellent communication skillsInterested?
