As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs, you will ensure long-term sustainability and scalability, aligning with our mission. This high-impact role requires a strategic financial leader who can drive performance, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Join us to shape the financial backbone of a company innovating in the travel industry.Mission:Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Leadership:Define and implement global financial strategies aligned with growth goals. Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board. Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset to pursue growth while maintaining financial stability.Planning, Control & Reporting:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Deliver clear financial reports to stakeholders. Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting.Business Partnering & Scalability:Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions. Evaluate new business opportunities. Optimize costs and automate processes.Financial Operations & Controls:Oversee settlement and reconciliation processes with insurance carriers. Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlements.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with standards and laws. Develop risk management frameworks. Uphold integrity, ethics, and transparency.Requirements:5+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in scaleups, insurtechs, or digital-first companies.Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, analysis, and strategic planning.Experience in high-growth environments.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a global outlook.Ability to lead through uncertainty and build high-performing teams.Schedule & Location:Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day). 100% remote, based in Barcelona (candidates must be Spanish residents with legal work authorization).Our Value Proposition:Flexible and supportive work environment.Opportunity to evolve your role with company growth. xohynlmFlexible compensation plan via Cobee.#J-18808-Ljbffr
