Our challenge is to grow in Europe across all our brands, leveraging various online sales channels and strategies.What are we looking forWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Ads Manager to grow our brand through our B2C websitesResponsibilitiesWeekly monitoring and analysis of online sales on major e-commerce platforms in GermanyPrice, margin, and stock control in coordination with the product departmentIdeation, creation, and execution of an online content plan (Web, Social Media, Email) with support from the creative department—both for regular activities and key promotional events (e.g., Summer Sales, Black Friday, Christmas)Planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads & Google Ads) aligned with sales goals and content strategyCoordination of local warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipment management, and return verificationMust haveDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or AdvertisingJunior profile, maximum 3 years of experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple brands simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset and ability to interpret sales dataSelf-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on sales goalsFast execution and clear communication with design teams and marketplace managersAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environmentNative German speaker with preferably an advanced level of English or SpanishStrong teamwork skillsNice to haveExperience in eCommerce roles, ideally in the home appliance industryKnowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly AllegroExperience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Allegro Ads.What we offerOpportunity to develop the e-commerce strategy for multiple Taurus Group brandsA dynamic and collaborative work environmentFlexibility, including flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home one day a weekProfessional development and career growth within the companyProduct training in Spain twice a yearWork equipment provided: company phone and laptop
