This role combinesfunctional analysis ,technical investigation ,incident management ,cross-team coordinationand—most importantly— solid experience working with web environments .What will you do?You will support and evolve key internal web platforms, managing complex incidents, analysing integrations, reproducing customer scenarios, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will also participate in UAT, scope definition, documentation, reporting and change management.IMPORTANT:proven hands-on experience in WEB environments(APIs, integrations, Postman, debugging, CMS, front-end basics, GitLab, etc.) is required.Must-have requirements3+ years as a Functional Analyst / Application Support Analyst.Real experience with web applications , including:REST APIs, integrations, Postman, log analysisUnderstanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScriptExperience with web platforms, CMS or GitLab workflowsStrong incident management experience usingJira .SolidSQLskills (queries, validations).Experience defining and executingfunctional tests / UAT .Familiarity withAgileandWaterfallmethodologies.Advanced English(C1) — daily communication with international teams.Nice to haveSEO, SAP ERP, SoapUI, automated testing, Google Analytics, AWS/GCP, experience in eCommerce or large-scale web applications.Conditions:English: C1 (daily communication with international teams)Location: Madrid. The first year will befull remoteas part of Capitole.
