We continually expand our goals in line with our ambition, and we achieve them with passion, commitment and a growth mindset.Do you want to be part of a successful international pharmaceutical company and grow with us?RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to understand demand forecasting drivers and potential risks.• Challenge and build consensus-driven forecasts with sales and marketing teams, ensuring full volume and value alignment.• Gather, prepare, analyze, validate and share forecast data, including historical data, market trends and local requirements for Global Specialties• Improve forecast accuracy and BIAS while maintaining and reporting forecast-related KPIs.• Track actual sales performance, analyze drivers of sales changes, and take appropriate actions to meet plans• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Global Specialties, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives.• Own the S&OP meeting structure for Global Specialties and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.• Act as the main contact for central KPI reporting, ensuring global KPIs align with local realities and challenging global processes when necessary• Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning teams.• Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels and address replenishment needs or mitigate over-coverage situations.• Manage country supply plans to meet anticipated customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing exposure to excess and obsolete stocks.• Resolve supply issues by collaborating with country management and developing joint action and contingency plans• Support new launches for Global Specialties and ensure best launch forecasts on time while working closely together with Global Launch Management and affiliates to understand requirements for new product introductionsQUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree,preferably with focus Supply Chain Management• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multinational environment, preferably in thepharmaceutical industry.• Experience in customer service and logistics is an advantage.• Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Power Bi (desirable)• Strong knowledge of SAP, IBP and/or similar ERP systems (desirable).• Experience with end-to-end planning cycles and scenario planning• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Adaptability to change and process improvements.• Drive for results and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.• Strong and active English language proficiency, another language is an advantageSTADA Group promotes its diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic origin, disabilities, religion, ideology or sexual orientation.
