We are currently looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to join our new opening in Ibiza. This is a seasonal position. About the Role As Head Receptionist , you will lead the Reception team and be the face of COYA, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience from first contact to farewell. You will oversee daily Reception operations, manage reservations effectively, and maintain exceptional service standards while maximising covers and guest satisfaction. Working closely with Operations and Reception Manager, you will lead by example on the floor, mentor your team, and consistently reflect the COYA brand in every interaction.
